About the Business 

Guava is a well-established boutique salon set amongst a lush property in Baxter, offering a full range of organic and clean hair services to our client community. The opportunity has arisen for us to expand our team and we are looking for a talented fully Qualified leading stylist/colourist to join our team and become a long-lasting part of the Guava family. We are looking for a committed stylist who is confident and capable to lead a young team in all aspects of hairdressing. You must be able to work autonomously when required but most importantly as part of our team.

What we are looking for: 

If you are a fully qualified Lead stylist/Colorist who would love to be a part of our team, to apply you must be 

• Confident and competent in all aspects of hairdressing. 

• Have at least 5 years post qualification salon experience. 

• Have extensive cutting experience. 

• Positive, friendly, personal attitude. 

• Great at multitasking, time management, and working within a small team 

• Pride in your appearance and presentation. 

• Have an extremely high standard of work and client care, also attention to detail. 

• Be reliable and have a good strong work ethic. 

• Be available to work at least one evening & Saturdays – No Sundays 

• Experience with cutting curly hair (not compulsory, but would be an advantage) 

• Mentoring our young team of stylists
